  • How do I setup email?

    Settings and instructions for configuring most email clients can be found by logging into your Webmail (, then click on Configure Mail Client. Existing clients can call us for phone support anytime.

  • What is the difference between POP3 and IMAP email accounts?

    All email accounts on our servers allow you to setup either POP3 or IMAP accounts in your local computer/cell phone. In addition, all email accounts can be accessed via webmail from any browser anywhere (

    POP3 accounts download your email from the remote server to your local computer/cell phone using an email client software (i.e. Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.). In most cases, the email is deleted from the server once it has been downloaded. The advantage is that it conserves server space and archives all your email in one location.

    IMAP email accounts leave email on the remote server and syncs the contents of your remote account with your local computer/cell phone. Some email clients even have the ability to sync sent email. The advantage is that all devices share the latest copies of all of your email correspondence. The disadvantage is that it requires that you purchase more remote storage space.
